We carry out legalizations of activities subject to environmental licensing, which according to Law 20/2009, on prevention and environmental control of activities are classified in Annex II. These may be activities subject to environmental licensing with environmental impact declaration, activities subject to environmental licensing and a prior decision process on the need to submit to an environmental impact or activities subject to environmental licensing without having to undergo any impact assessment process environmental. We carry out legalizations of activities subject to environmental authorization, which according to Law 20/2009, on prevention and environmental control of activities are classified in Annexes I.1 and I.2. These activities are subdivided into: activities included in Annex I.1 and I.2.a, which are subject to environmental authorization with a declaration of environmental impact or activities included in Annex I.2.b, which are subject to authorization environmental and a prior decision process on the need to submit to an environmental impact assessment.
