Energy Efficiency Certificate

We help you and facilitate the entire process, since since June 2013 an energy certificate is necessary to rent or sell any home. This document is requested by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism of the Spanish State and it is the responsibility of the homeowner to hire a qualified certification technician to obtain the certification.
We prepare the energy efficiency certificate and all the documentation required to perform the necessary procedure in each case.
